Dominick J. Allen, President/AIC Dominick is a former Army Chief Warrant Officer, who has served as a Military Police Officer, a Satellite Security Communications Specialist. He has over 20+ years of combined law enforcement and corporate security experience; as well as special event operations and leadership in a wide variety of high-level professional environments, from Executive Driver, Security Driver, Presidential Inaugural events and Board of Directors meetings. He has been tasked with ensuring the security and personal protection for senior executives, government officials and other high-profile executives during board meetings, shareholder meetings and special events both at home and abroad. This also includes protection for their families and overseeing the security at their residents. Dominick oversaw and managed the physical security and budgeting for nine sites across the country; as well as conducting investigations on compliance violations Dominick is an active member of ASIS and the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association. He maintains certifications in tactical firearms, Individual Protection Specialist, High Risk Security Operations for Executive Protection and Motorcade Operations; as well as his yearly LEOSA (HR218) certification. Dominick has years of experience in corporate security where his duties included oversight for the Executive Protection Details and the daily security operations for nine sites located around the globe and helping organizations build a security and EP team. Dominick managed the upgrade an implementation of an Enterprise Software House CCURE 9000 and ExacqVision system; that provided a simplified way of maintaining and managing access control across global organization. This integration increased the standards for managing video surveillance, access controls and communication systems; using the best industry practices. He is a team player experienced in creating and maintaining the internal and external partnerships necessary with management, local, State and Federal law enforcement to achieve the best results, and a leader who maintains optimum staff performance through superior communication, training and motivational skills. He has received several awards during his tenure in the military such as the Bronze Star, Distinguished Service Award and the Meritorious Service Medal just to name a few. He is a graduate of the Military Police Academy (Basic and Advance Law Enforcement Training), the Joint Law Enforcement Training Center (Lackland AFB), Non-Commissioned Officers School, Army Signal/Communications School, Warrant Officers School, the U.S. Training Center and the Academi Training Center in Moyock, NC.
